Our Policies

Upon booking an event with Tend2Me, LLC, you must be 21+ and submit the inquiry form. 

You will be provided a quote based on what items you want included with your package. 

The client is responsible for purchasing all spirits, beer and/or wine. Spirits, beer, and wine recommendations are based on the guest count. If you would like Tend2Me to provide spirits, beer, and/or wine on your behalf you must discuss during consultation for arrangements to be made. 

All details of event and suggestions are to be discussed prior to quote being provided. If any changes are requested, it may result in additional charges and/or modifications to accommodate requests.   

All packages that are booked includes service for 4 hours, with an hour of set up. Additional hours can be added on for an additional cost. A visual of the event space and desired bar placement is required for all events. Events that aren't booked as a package, will be charged an hourly rate for services. The cut off time for serving alcohol at each event is 30 minutes prior to the event's end time. 

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.

If you book an event under a 2 weeks’ notice, it will be considered as a late booking that may be subject to a Rush Fee for any custom items our supplies. These fees could total anywhere starting at $50+, depending on your requirements for the event and how close to the event the inquiry form is sent in. 

Rush fees are charged because events booked with short notice require us to expedite our planning policy to make sure your event is exceptional.   To avoid any additional fees, please make sure to submit a completed inquiry form, with all relevant information, and settle any needs more than 2 weeks out of the event date.  

A non-refundable 50% retainer of your invoiced total and signed contract is required to secure the event date and time. The total balance due will need to be paid a 1- week prior to the date of the event (dependent upon when booked). 

Tend2Me cannot perform any mobile bartending services until full payment is received. 

The retainer is non-refundable once the date is secured and staff is scheduled. However, you can reschedule with another date up to six (6) months later and use the retainer for the rescheduled event. 

The client must secure payment for all liquor that is needed, and all permits required for the event. Alcohol will be served in accordance with Oklahoma liquor laws and regulations. We will not serve alcohol to minors and you must be 21+ to book our services. Tend2Me has the authorization to require proof of age (I.D.) for all guests that do not appear to be of age at the discretion of Tend2Me. Our staff will not be held liable for minors who consume alcohol before, during, or after the event given by another adult. The host of the event is responsible for all guests and their actions. 

Tend2Me reserves the right to refuse service and/or enforce cut-off to any guest(s) who seem to be overly intoxicated at the discretion of Tend2Me. We will work with you to make the call.   

In the event, Tend2Me purchases spirits on client's behalf, all receipts for spirit purchases will be provided to the client for record keeping. We do not own or sell alcoholic beverages, however Tend2Me will provide you with alcohol variety, quantity recommendations and a shopping list based on the number of guests and type of package level that will be served or arrangements can be made for us to do the shopping for you. All alcohol purchased will be left with the client after the event. All non-alcoholic supplies and beverages supplied by Tend2Me is the property of Tend2Me. All alcohol purchased will be left with the host after the event, unless donated to Next Level Bar Services for enhancement purposes only. Any non-alcoholic supplies/beverages supplied by Next Level Bar Services will be the property of Next Level Bar Services.   

Event cancellation or changes must be in writing by the contracted parties. All fees paid up to the date of cancellation, are non-refundable unless purchase for alcohol has been made. Alcohol will be returned to store or a pick-up/drop-off can be arranged to return the alcohol to the client. 

If there is a change in date or location, Tend2Me will apply contracted services to the new date, time and location, if up to 6 months and based on availability. 

The deposit which is required to secure the services is always NON-REFUNDABLE; however, in the rare event that company is unable to perform the services (solely due to acts of Company), client is entitled to a full refund.  Please ensure you have provided the best contact information upon booking. Lack of being responsive with Tend2me up until the event regarding the event can result in your event being cancelled.  

Any event taking place at a location that is 30 or more miles out from where Tend2Me resides may be subject to a travel fee. We will we travel anywhere in Oklahoma. Contact us for more information. 

Tend2Me reserves the right to take photos and/or videos at any event we are booked to service. Please understand by booking our services, you consent to the usage of images and/or videos being posted on our website or social media accounts. If you do not want media of you or your event posted, please inform us upon booking. 

Tend2Me, LLC (“Tend2Me," " we," "us," "our," ) cares about your privacy. We are committed to protecting both the personal, as well as the business information you share and/or store with us. You consent to this privacy policy by using this website, which applies to transactions, activities and data gathered through Tend2Me website. We will only use customer’s personal data for the sole purpose of fulfilling a customers’ order or servicing a customer's event. This information will be held confidential and will only be shared with third parties including shipping carriers and payment processors. Information will not be stored or saved. Please review our policy frequently, as we may update it without notice.
